This renovation and addition would extend the level of downtown quality development by redefining an existing parking garage with two story industrial buildings and some tennis courts into a new office tower and a renovation of the existing inefficient tired office building into a hotel. The renovation strategy requires to limit the intrusion of construction on the existing garage, so the new building to the north does not affect the existing internal parking ramps and only temporarily uses a part of the garage. The new hotel can actually become an extension of the Bonaventure hotel already connected by a bridge and the existing two story buildings become modern garden offices surrounded by openings out to the new landscape.
