The new Helms Garage is the very first automated parking facilities in Los Angeles. Users cars are left at a ground floor vestibule and similarly returned after having been lifted and stored in the levels above until called for by a high tech interface. In that the parking levels above have no needs for anything other than visual screening, the exterior of this building is entirely wrapped in a high tech fabric.
The top floor will be a one level office penthouse with a stunning 360 view of the Culver City and west LA environment. This office function will provide exterior terraces for the tenants and be reached by a free standing elevator tower from the ground level.
