The Fitness Center on the lobby level of the Pointe office building was designed to attract tenants to the building. As such the facility required a certain level of style as well as function. The space allocated for the facility was constrained by the entry point off the main lobby, certain amount of windowless area and a view to the gardens required by the main exercise room. The level of finish and the sophisticated whimsey of the interconnecting ping pong lounge pulled everything into one.
