SOLANA MASTER PLAN

The Master plan for this 850 acre development in Southlake, Texas was a continuance of the earlier work for IBM by Peter Walker. Our work sought to avoid newly discovered gas deposits that could be drilled at some point in the future, yet to plan the build out to provide for numerous other corporate headquarter facilities that would share in the natural beauty of the rolling landscape the central amenities which includes a hotel that we designed as well. This strategy engaged traffic and roadway capability, developmental density to be accommodated by the central facilities, and general continuity in architectural character.
