This 46,000-square foot project is a renovation of two existing buildings that were combined to create a 5-story office and retail space for the lead tenant, Rolex International. The ground floor provides office space and a watch repair facility. The facade provides a terminus to Canon Drive which is an important arterial to downtown Beverly Hills.
